Campeño Coffee Bag

Don Juan was a small farmer who cut coffee in the mountains of Santa Barbara. Having no source of income other than his small coffee crop, he began selling ground coffee in transparent bags. The taste of his hand-roasted coffee, roasted in a wood fire, captivated nearby villagers and before long, his coffee was so well known that it reached the ears of a coffee trading company and he was able to sell his recipe, which has remained with the Honduran people for centuries.
